Here you will be able to access your Grad Transition Plan, find out important dates and information, and access resources and websites to assist you in preparing for your future.

What are Graduation Transitions?

The Graduation Transitions Program is intended to prepare students for a successful transition to life after secondary school. It is a graduation requirement and for all BC students and is worth 4 credits towards graduation. Graduation Transitions encourages students to:

*take ownership of their own health and learning

*examine and demonstrate connections between their learning and their future

*create a plan for their growth and development as skilled, healthy, knowledgeable and participating citizens

*exhibit ATTRIBUTES OF A BC GRADUATE

 GTP DEADLINE:

NOVEMBER  8, 2016  

The GTP must be handed in before you can purchase your Snowball ticket .

 Presentation Dates:  

Any students that want to hand in their GTP before October 15th can schedule an early presentation time with Ms. Moennick during semester 1.  So get it out of the way now and e-mail Ms. Moennick to schedule your appointment.

All students  will be scheduled in their elective blocks for their GTP presentation on February 21 and 22, 2017

Start NOW and print out a copy of your GTP.  You can submit completed GTPs via e-mail to moennick_c@surreyschools.ca or hand in a hard copy to the Career Centre in the basket on Ms. Moennick’s desk.
